Return Period

Returns may be requested within 30 days after the delivery of your order.

Eligible Returns

Returns are accepted if:

• The item arrives damaged.
• The product is defective.
• An incorrect item was delivered.
• The product differs significantly from its description.

Returned products should be unused and, whenever possible, returned in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

• Perishable goods
• Opened personal care or hygiene products
• Clearance and final sale items

Refund Process

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund decision.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
